A typical first year

Most organizations start small and build.

You don't need a strategy to begin. You need one good session. Here is the path we see most often — each step optional, each one standing on its own.

  1. Month 1

    PeriWorks 101 for all staff

Opens the conversation with accurate, inclusive education. Often scheduled for World Menopause Day (October 18) or Women's History Month.

  2. Month 2

    Lead Through Midlife manager cohort

Gives managers the language and the plan before employees start asking.

  3. Months 3–4

HR & benefits workshop or readiness assessment

HR reviews what exists, closes gaps, and decides what to formalize.

  4. Months 5–6

    Custom Playbook

Your organization's own guide — policy framework, manager guidance, navigation, communication.

  5. Year 2

    Annual education partnership

Quarterly programming and an annual evaluation report. Menopause support becomes ordinary.
