What we collect
When you submit an inquiry we collect the information you enter (name, work email, organization, role, and your message) to respond to you. The anonymous knowledge check collects a session code, a before/after flag, an optional four-character personal code you choose, and your answers — no names, emails or IP-based identification are used for reporting.
How we use it
Inquiry details are used to respond to you and to prepare proposals. Knowledge-check responses are reported to client organizations only in aggregate and never for groups smaller than five. We do not sell personal information and we do not collect employee health information for employers.
Services we use
Our website is hosted on Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf. We may add analytics in future; this notice will be updated before that happens.
